Matrix Engineers & Contractors, Inc. is a mechanical systems contractor with the expert ability to design and build process systems for industrial, semi-conductor, pharmaceutical, and industrial gas companies. The owner and founder of Matrix Engineers & Contractors, Inc. has been installing mechanical/electrical systems for high-tech companies for thirty years. Matrix was chosen as the general contractor for the installation of the Clean Air Now Solar Hydrogen Facility at Xerox in El Segundo, California. Matrix has just recently join HyGen Industries as a Strategic Partner in designing, developing and deploying renewable hydrogen energy systems for transportation and grid power needs.

SeaVolt, Incorporated is a California based company and has been founded to commercialize the product Wave Rider, a Wave Energy Conversion Device, that incorporates standard components and patented Technology.

Our goal is to make wave energy available as an energy source to communities, companies and individuals for electricity and drinking water production. This is accomplished by providing our customers with products that are reliable, easy to integrate into existing energy systems and are based on a modular concept. Our support system will make the implementation of these systems easy and the prediction of costs very accurate. We strive to be known as the premiere company for providing technology to harvest the immense energy potential of ocean waves. Our development goals are fast growth and worldwide expansion.
