General Objectives of HyGen Industries:

The primary purpose and objectives of HyGen Industries, is to:

• To commercialize and profit  from the production, distribution and sale of hydrogen as a fuel, and from the sale of hydrogen related technologies and products.

• Work with other entities to achieve the conversion of current vehicles, transportation systems, and energy generating facilities to use clean hydrogen fuels.

• Achieve the establishment of an infrastructure for the distribution of hydrogen fuel.

• Implement commercially viable pilot projects to establish the profitability of renewable and clean energy generation in commercial quantities.

Specific Objectives of the HyGen Industries Project

HyGen Industries has structured a business plan presenting opportunities to advance the viability of renewably generated hydrogen as a fuel for all transportation and energy needs. This venture is divided into the following specific objectives that may provide multiple opportunities for the transportation sector including former military bases to be utilized as fuel production facilities or vehicle manufacturing plants.

• Develop and market a stand alone and grid connected, as well as distributed systems for on-site hydrogen production from renewably generated electricity, as well as bulk production facilities for distribution to fleet operators that do not have the space and/or the capital for on-site generation. The objective is to install photovoltaic collectors, wind turbines and tidal turbines, where applicable or feasible, that will generate electricity to produce hydrogen using proven electrolysis technologies as well as establish bulk production facilities for users that need larger quantities and do not have the facilities to generate it themselves.

• Convert fleets of light and heavy duty utility vehicles to run on hydrogen as well as market vehicle conversion kits, and construct 10 to 20 off-site fueling stations. When the system comes fully on line, we will distribute fuel to the fleets as well as others. Many of the fueling stations will be open for use by other business fleets in their areas. Air Products will assist in transmission, maintenance and provide distribution of hydrogen to these and other fueling facilities that will come on line soon thereafter by tanker truck converted to run on hydrogen.

• Develop a comprehensive educational effort to promote the feasibility of hydrogen fueled vehicles and renewably powered hydrogen generation. The target of this educational effort will be the industry, commercial, private and public fleet operators, and the general public in order to increase awareness and acceptance of hydrogen vehicles as the supreme transportation and general energy option.

Environmental Investment

One of the main driving forces behind HyGen Industries and this effort is environmental sustainability. It is the firm goal of this corporation that when the principal investors have received their principal in full, and this company and this project begins to turn a profit, that up to 10% of the net profits (before taxes) will be dedicated to efforts in the following order of priority:

1. Purchasing California redwood forests for preservation,

2. Purchasing other U.S. rainforests and wildlife areas for preservation,

3. Purchasing and/or working in cooperation with other groups for rainforests and wildlife areas worldwide for preservation,

4. Other environmental preservation and restoration efforts in the U.S.,

5. Efforts to restore Native Peoples independence in the U.S.,

6. Other environmental preservation and restoration efforts worldwide,

7. Other social-economic improvement efforts in the U.S. and worldwide.

This is likely to take place upon entering into phase 3 of the company’s business plan or about five years into it’s execution.
